I have been giving this a lot of thought since I went on my first investigation, and I think from reading and studying the experiences of those considered sensitive, and those who are telepathic, the experiences that I personally have had, lean more toward the telepathic side.
I am not claiming any special powers! (and no I don’t know what color socks your wearing right now! LOL). But I do think that telepathic interaction is something that many of us have at one level or another, and discount as simply intuition.
My focus here is the theory that telepathy could be a viable part of the interaction that is going on during an “active” investigation, whether it is between the spirits and the investigators, or simply between the investigators themselves.
Have you ever done something seemingly spontaneous like phone a friend or family member that you haven’t talked to for months or even years, only to hear that they were at that very time thinking of you as well? Maybe even that you called at a particularly critical time in their life, when they really needed that connection? Coincidence?…Intuition? Maybe… or could it be that somehow you communicated on a telepathic level?
And if we can communicate with each other telepathically while we are alive, it would also seem to follow a logical path that a spirit that we consider “intelligent or interactive”, would be able to communicate with us as well in this fashion. Since no one really knows how telepathy works, let’s suffice it to say for the purpose of this writing that it is based on some kind of energy or wave length. That would fit in perfectly with the theories that ghosts or spirits are mainly energy, and as such, it makes sense that they could communicate with us in this way.
One thing about telepathy as opposed to sensitivity is that there really is no way to test for sensitivity, (at least not one that I have read about yet), but Telepathy and ESP have been extensively tested for many years, with documented results.
If you find you have a little of this ability going on, it is something that you could very possibly nurture and develop!
